Meet the Team Behind Your Breeding Success
Jane Armstrong
Managing Director/ Morphologist
Jane's journey in agriculture has been a long-term passion that began in her youth, growing up on family properties in Western and Central Queensland, before heading north to work on large scale cattle operations, where she developed a great interest for regenerative grazing , nutrition and reproduction, Jane then engaged in her own intensive breeding program and became mum to her now teenage twins.
Seeing the need for a facility in Western Qld, Emerald was the most logical choice to bridge the gap for producers. Her extensive experience this has seen her evolve alongside the industry, adapting to technological advancements and shifting consumer demands. This evolution has been most prominent in her focus on morphology and male reproductive health, reflecting her commitment to the well-being of livestock and sustainable agricultural practices.
As Managing Director, Jane embodies a blend of leadership, with a culture of innovation and integrity within our team, driving the team towards excellence with each decision made, guided by a commitment to quality, passion, industry benefit and client focus.
